1. International Edition of Ettelaat Daily:

The International edition of Ettelaat daily is stored in PDF (Portable Document Format). A document saved in this format can be viewed on any platform (Mac, Windows, Unix, etc) without the need for any special fonts or operating system.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is a PDF viewer which can be downloaded for free from the Adobe web site by following this link:

Download and install the viewer by following the install wizard. If installed properly Adobe Acrobat Reader will be set up as an external helper in your default web browser.
If you encounter any problem during the installation you can always setup the external viewer by following these steps:
Note that you can also save Ettelaat PDF files on your local hard disc, then run Adobe Acrobat Reader application, and open the PDF file in Acrobat reader.

For Netscape

1. Choose General Preferences from the Options menu.

2. Select Helpers tab and then click on the Create New Type button.

3. Fill in with File/Mime Type: Application, Mime Subtype: pdf and File Extension: pdf

4. Click on the Application radio button and then click on Browse to locate Adobe Acrobat application on your hard disc and choose open

5. Do OK on all windows

For Explorer

1. On the View menu, click Options.

2. Click the Programs tab, and then click File Types.

3. If Internet Explorer doesn't  yet recognize PDF format, click New Type.
   If Internet Explorer recognizes PDF format to start Adobe Acrobat Reader when you open a PDF file, click on PDF type, and then click Edit.

4. Type a description for the file type, and then specify its content type and extension.

5. Specify the action that you want to define, such as Open, and the program that should complete this action by selecting Edit and browsing to find the Acrobat Reader on your hard drive.

1. Download this font for Windows 3.1/95 or this font for Windows NT (Thanks to Farhad Abdolian in Sweden).
2. Install it on your Windows. For more information on Font Installation select the link corresponding to your operating system, Win3.1, Win95, WinNT.
3. [Skip this step if your browser is Netscape Navigator 3.0/Internet Explorer 3.0] Choose the above font in Options/General Preferences/Fonts of Netscape as your default font (select 16pt size for best viewing result).

For Macintosh

1. Download this font (Thanks to George Maschke) and install it on your Mac,
2. If you are using Netscape Navigator, make sure to set Document Encoding (from the Options menu) to Western (MacRoman)

   Under General Preferences set your proportional display font to 16 point "Persian".
